Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using Bastet Rising (“the App”), operated by Aranexx Health (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Bastet Rising, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.
1. Use of the App
Bastet Rising is intended to help you track health information, specifically for menopause management. The app is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the app or its content.
2. Subscriptions
Bastet Rising offers auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock premium features and content. The available plans include:
Weekly Subscription: Renews every 1 week
Monthly Subscription: Renews every 1 month
Yearly Subscription: Renews every 1 year
Subscription & Payment Terms
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
All payments and refunds are managed by Apple. For refund requests, please refer to Apple’s support.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
You must not use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
4. Health Disclaimer
Bastet Rising does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information in the app is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding your health.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
